Delete your ATS Field account

You can ask Access Tech Security to delete your ATS Field account and your data at any time.

How to ask

In the app: open Profile, tap Ask to delete my account, and send. It goes to the office as a message from you.
Or email mis@access.tech from your work email with the subject "Delete my ATS Field account".

The office confirms by message or email, turns your sign in off, and deletes what is only yours: your profile photo, messages, and photos and notes that are not part of a job record.
Time, pay and job records (clock ins and outs, breaks, hours, approvals, and the reports and receipts of a job) are kept for as long as California and federal law require us to keep payroll and employment records, then deleted.
We answer within 45 days, as California law requires.
