ATS Field support

ATS Field is the work app for the Access Tech Security team: time and breaks, jobs, daily reports, receipts, messages and ATS AI, in English and Spanish.

Getting access

ATS sets up every account. If you work with ATS and need access, ask the office: they add you and give you a join code. Then sign in with your work email; we email you a 6 digit code.

Common questions

• No code arrived: check spam, then tap Send a new code. Use the newest email.
• "That email is not set up for ATS Field": the office has not added that email yet. Ask them.
• Location says off site: make sure location is on for ATS Field, step outside or near a window, and tap the site check again.
• Something does not save with no signal: the app keeps it on your phone and sends it when you have service.

Deleting your account

In the app open Profile and tap Ask to delete my account, or see how deletion works.
